The delivery charges page allows you to manage the charges that are applied to a delivery depending on which country is selected at checkout. Each of your zones can have a number of delivery options which the customer can choose from, which can be set up in the manage delivery options section.
Once you have clicked on the orange ‘Manage Delivery Options’ button, it will display the list of delivery options for the selected zone. The ‘home’ zone, has no delivery options however you can add a new delivery option by using the blue ‘Add New Delivery Option’ (see picture above).
6.iii.i Add New Delivery Option
To add a new delivery option, you will be required to enter the relevant information such as Option Name, Display at position, Option Type and so on. Some of the boxes that require information also have a '?' icon, which will aid you in this process by giving you an insight into what's required for that box. For example, the '?' icon on the ‘Default Option’ tick box, tells you that if this is selected, this delivery option will be set by default on the checkout page.
