4.ii Content Editor - Pages


4.ii Content Editor – Left Side: Pages


















On the left-hand side of the Content Editor page, there is a small blue ‘Pages’ icon. Once you have clicked the icon you will have access to the Pages Menu. (See picture above).

On this menu, you will find all the pages that you have on your website and you can use this menu to navigate whilst you are editing. The pages within the tab can also have drop-down menu’s which for example, your ‘products’ page’s drop-down menu will include seating, tables, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. (See image below).


In the top right-hand corner of the pages tab, there is a drop-down menu called ‘Add New’. This menu will allow you to add a new page, add a link to a page or URL, add a drop-down menu or add a product drop-down menu. (See picture below).










4.ii.i Add New Page


This is the page that you will get to once you click on ‘add new page’. Simply, just fill in the required information and click save and a new page will be created. It will then be displayed in the pages tab on the left-hand side with the other pages on your website. You can also keep these as ‘draft’ pages with the eye icon until they are ready to be published to the public. 

4.ii.ii Add Link to a Page or URL


This is the page you will get to once you have clicked on ‘Add Link to a Page or URL’. Simply, just fill in the required information and click save and a new link to a page or URL will be saved. 

4.ii.iii Add a Dropdown Menu


This is the page you will get to once you have clicked on ‘Add a Dropdown Menu’. Simply, just fill in the required information and click save and a new Dropdown menu will be created. 

4.ii.iv Add a Product Dropdown Menu


This is the page you will get to once you have clicked on ‘Add a Product Dropdown Menu’. Simply, just fill in the required information and click save and a new Product Dropdown menu will be created.
