10.ii Blog – Blog Categories
To differentiate your blog entries you can create named categories to save your blog posts into and you can manage them in the blog section of your dashboard under blog categories. On this page, you can manage the categories for your blog posts in terms of editing already created categories, deleting categories from the main list or creating a new blog category.
On this page, you can also see the number of posts in each category which gives you an overview of where your blog posts lie in terms of category.
10.ii.i Edit Blog Category
To edit a blog category, simply click on the orange ‘Edit’ button which will give you access to change the relevant fields, which in this case is the Category name. Once you have made your changes, simply click on the blue ‘Save Category’ button and your updates will appear in the main list.
10.ii.ii Create Blog Category
Similarly, you can create a new blog category by clicking on the blue ‘Create Blog Category’ button, where you will be requested to enter a category name for your new category. Again, once you have finished click on the blue ‘Save Category’ button to save your changes (see picture below).
