7.iv Reports – Back In Stock Notifications
The back in stock notification page, allows you to see a list of products that has lists of customers who require to be notified once it comes back in stock. With a larger amount of entries, it will be useful to use the search bard which will allow you to find a relevant product and its details easily. To see the list of customers wanting a notification for each product, simply click on the blue ‘View Customers’ button (see picture below).
7.iv.i Sent Notifications
On the ‘Sent Notifications’ tab, you can see a complete list of customers who have received notifications for items that they wish to be notified about when they are back in stock. It will show you the user account, the email address that the notification was sent to, the date sent, product code and product title (see picture below).
